Travel and Visa Requirements

As an international conference, we warmly welcome participants from around the world and aim to make your travel to the United States as smooth as possible.

Entry Requirements and Visas

All visitors to the United States must have a valid passport and may require a visa depending on their nationality.

1. Visa Waiver Program (VWP)

Citizens of countries participating in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (VWP) may travel to the United States for up to 90 days without a visa, provided they obtain an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) before departure.
To check eligibility and apply for ESTA, visit the official website:

2. Visa Application

If your country is not part of the VWP, you will need to apply for a B-1 (Business Visitor) visa. We strongly recommend beginning the visa application process at least 3–4 months before the conference, as appointment wait times vary by country.

During the registration process, you may request an official invitation letter from the conference organizers to support your visa application. Please note that the letter does not guarantee visa approval, as this decision rests solely with the U.S. Department of State.

Airport and Transportation

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is conveniently located just 6 miles from the conference venue and offers direct flights from major U.S. and international cities.
Ground transportation options include taxis, ride-share services, and shuttle buses. Rental car services are also available at the airport.

Accommodation and Local Area

A range of hotels will be available near the conference venue, including special rates for conference participants. Details and booking links will be provided to the registered participants.
