The form has 3 sections:
- Badge
- Abstract
- Registration and logistics
In Section 2 (Badge), we ask for your name and affiliation.
In Section 3 (Abstract), we ask for your abstract title, contents (by pasting into a box, not uploading a file), acknowledgement (also paste-into-box), and your preferred form of presentation. We do not ask who your co-authors are at this time: Please include that information in your presentation.
In Section 4 (Registration and logistics), we provide the links for the registration and the hotel reservation at a conference rate.
The registration fee is as follows:
$160 Early Registration untill Friday, August 30th
$175 Regular Registration from Saturday, August 31st through Tuesday, October 1st
Refunds are allowed until Friday, August 30th (3.5% credit card usage fee non-refundable)
