Workshop venue is Melton Student Center Ballroom B (255 Heisman Dr, Auburn, AL 36849) on Thursday, and Auburn Hotel Conference Center Terrace Room (241 S College St, Auburn, AL 36830) on Friday and Saturday.
All main events including the oral presentations will be held in two different venues depending on the day:
Day 1 (Thursday 10/3) venue is Ballroom B of Melton Student Center.
ay 2-3 (Friday 10/4 - Saturday 10/5) venue is Terrance Room of Auburn Hotel Conference Center.
The poster presentations will be held in the atrium of the Leach Science Center (380 Duncan Dr, Auburn, AL 36832), which is 6 minutes away by foot from the main event room.
A tour of the plasma physics program at Auburn University will be held in parallel with the poster presentations. The tour stops will include the Compact Toroidal Hybrid (CTH) facility and the Magnetized Plasma Research Laboratory (MPRL).
Zoom connection will be provided to the registered participants.
Remote participations are welcome. The workshop will not be recorded.
