Audio/Video

You can participate remotely using one of the following three methods:

1. Using H.323-based Video Conferencing system

• Sessions in 15-019 (this is the main VC room):

For systems registered with ESnet gatekeeper, dial 82019 followed by the # sign. For systems not registered with ESnet gatekeeper, dial mcu1.es.net (198.129.252.171), and choose conference ID 019.

• Sessions in 15-018:

For systems registered with ESnet gatekeeper, dial 82018 followed by the # sign. For systems not registered with ESnet gatekeeper, dial mcu1.es.net (198.129.252.171), and choose conference ID 018.

(Please do not enter any password. When asked to enter a password simply press the # button.)

• Sessions in AIL (Building 13-530):

For systems registered with ESnet gatekeeper, dial 82530 followed by the # sign. For systems not registered with ESnet gatekeeper, dial mcu1.es.net (198.129.252.171), and choose conference ID 530.

2. Using telephone

1. Dial 1-510-883-7860
2. Enter the code:
   Sessions in 15-019: :At the prompt, enter 82 019 followed by the # sign.
   Sessions in 15-018: :At the prompt, enter 82 018 followed by the # sign.
   Sessions in AIL: :At the prompt, enter 82 530 followed by the # sign.

3. Using desktop or laptop computer(one-way)

The video and audio also will be streamed over the web. In order to watch the meeting:

1. Open the web page: http://mcu1.es.net
2. Enter conference ID:019 (018 for sessions in 15-018; 530 for sessions in AIL)
   Please leave "Sign-in name" and "PIN" blank.
3. Select the "Viewer"
4. Click on the "Start streaming" button

You will need to have at least one of the free packages, QuickTime Player or Real Player installed on your computer.
