Maximum length of papers:
- Review papers: 10 pages
- Invited papers: 8 pages
- Contributed papers: 4 pages
All of the instructions for preparation of your manuscript can be found at the
AIP's webpage, including templates for either Microsoft Word and LaTeX. You will find the Transfer of Copyright Agreement Form in the same downloadable package. By May 1, 2015, authors must submit a compressed zip folder, containing their final manuscript and a scanned signed copyright transfer form. Authors who miss the May 1 deadline run a risk of their paper not being in the published proceedings, either the hardcopy or online.
All papers must strictly adhere to the 8.5 x 11 inch, single-column format provided by AIP.
