The following agenda should be used for general planning purposes only. Since this is a proposal-driven forum, the time and duration of the various sessions will likely be adjusted as required by the submitted proposals.
If you wish to present one or more ROF proposals orally at the ROF meeting, please submit at least a title and research area to the ROF web submission site by 23:59 FRIDAY NOV 30 PST so that the agenda can be adjusted accordingly.
Presentation time limits: The time allocation for presentation of 1-2 proposals is 5 minutes. The total time allocation for presentation of more than 2 proposals by one person within one group is 10 minutes.
All plenary sessions are held in 15-019. Where there are parallel sessions, the second session listed will be held in 15-018. Note that the remote participation access information is different for the two rooms.
