*Note that shuttle service between the hotels and GA will be the responsibility of the participants. The participants will have to request the shuttle service at the hotel and specify times of departure/pickup. Note also that the number of restaurants in the proximity of many of the hotels is limited (except for Residence Inn) and therefore a car is preferred because of the large distances involved in travelling to restaurants, etc.

The hotel shuttles have limited space and so the participants who want to use the hotel shuttle should also check the particpants spreadsheet for other particpants who will be renting cars and who have stated they can ride share from and to the hotel. You should try and contact people who have rental cars (and who are staying at your hotel) to meet them at 7:45 am at your hotel
