For those persons wishing to visit General Atomics before or after the
Technical Meeting (e.g. for ITPA meetings, personal visits, etc.) The
following form has to be filled out and submitted before 15 July 2003.

General Atomics is obligated to comply with the U. S. Department of Energy policy 142.1 for persons visiting the site who are not citizens of the United States of America. All such persons must have approval prior to visiting the Fusion Group at General Atomics. If approval is not received, the non-US citizen could be subject to not being allowed access to the GA site. The form below is only for persons who are not U. S. citizens. If you are a U. S. citizen you do not need to complete this form.
