5-Year Plans for DIII-D and Alcator C-Mod (2003-2008)
10-12 June 2002 San Diego, California The DIII-D National Fusion Program at General Atomics and the Alcator C-Mod National Fusion Program at MIT will present their research plans for the 5-year period 2004-2008 for community input and discussion. The plans presented for Alcator C-Mod and DIII-D will provide useful background for the Snowmass Meeting on Burning Plasmas, which is scheduled for 8-19 July 2002. Workshop AgendaThe agenda drafts can be found here and will be updated periodically. Presentations of the Alcator C-Mod and DIII-D Program Plans will be made as per the agenda. Facilitators/Summarizers will lead community discussions on the plans and will present a summary of those discussions on the last day of the workshop.
