Fluctuations -> Diffusion - box average -> particle/energy (stat ave)

General Description

Obtain plots of diffusivity versus time, including some statistical analysis of the average. Average window can be adjusted in Options -> MASTER Options. This is one of the most commonly used plotting functions.
