1. Open the web page: http://198.128.3.172
2. Click on "Click here to log in" link at the left bottom of the page
3. Login using "guest" and "ESnet"
4. Click on "View conference list"
5. Select 2023
6. Select "Streaming Rate"
7. Select the "Viewer"
8. Click on "Stream this Conference"(You will need to have at least one of the free packages, QuickTime Player or Real player installed on your computer.)

(Note that there is a 5-10 second delay imposed to handle local buffering.)
