$s_\kappa = \frac{r}{\kappa} \frac{{\partial \kappa}}{{\partial r}} .$

This is only active with RADIAL_PROFILE_METHOD=5.
When experimental profiles are used, the elongation as a function of radius is read from INPUT_profiles.
