Measure of the rate of change of differential triangularity, $s_{\delta_0}\,\!$ , at the center of the radial simulation domain.

$s_{\delta_1} = r \, \frac{{\partial \delta_1}}{{\partial r}} .$

This is only active with RADIAL_PROFILE_METHOD=5.
When experimental profiles are used, the elongation as a function of radius is read from INPUT_profiles.
