SHIFT

Definition

Shafranov shift, $\Delta\,\!$ , at the center of the radial simulation domain:

$\Delta = \frac{{\partial R_0(r)}}{{\partial r}} .$

Comments

This is only active with RADIAL_PROFILE_METHOD=5.
When experimental profiles are used, the shift is determined from data in INPUT_profiles.
