Description: Running EFIT with Wider (R,Z) Space                     

     A set of Green's tables covering a much wider space of (R,Z)
is now available for use with the EFITD code.  To use these tables
in place of the tighter defaulted ones, activate the command procedure
 
        @EFIT:LARGE_TABLE
 
before running the EFIT codes.  Presently, only the tables for the
33x65 (X EFITD65Y) version are available.  Tables for other grid
size will be available shortly.
