Update EFITs on VAXs

• Check out new x sources to /c/efit/x if necessary by get /c/efit/s
• Port x sources back to efit:area from /c/efit/x
• Make VAX version by @makeefitdn
• Update cefitdn.com if necessary and compile @cefitdn
• Test new efitdn version
  • Pick a shot and time, run in SNAP mode
  • run and compare results between efitd and efitdn
  • compare iteration history, compare G EQDSKs using PLOTMED
• Propagate efitdn Fortran sources into efitd by @newefitd
• Compile efitd by @cefitd, efitd65y by @cefitdyoka, efitd6565 by @cefitd6565
• Move new EFIT versions to efitd65_dir area by x move efitd65
• Test new efitd version
