Description: New Limiter File                                        

Effective discharge 88400, a new limiter file will be used
in EFIT.  This new limiter file lim960321.033 can be found
in the usual EFIT area on Vaxs and HP's.  It is compiled
by Mike Schaffer with outer wall data supplied by Rick Lee
and lower divertor data by Mark Hollerbach and Mike.
