Description: New Limiter Contour for Shot > 76756                    

For shots greater than 76756, EFIT will use a new limiting contour
based on information from the two files
 
     EFIT:LIM930411.033 and EFIT:LIM930411.033_180
 
There is a new fixed poloidal limiter instead of the 180 degree
limiter.  This poloidal limiter information is contained in the
file LIM930411.033_180.  Again, the 0 degree limiter still has
a movable part and that information must be enter into the comment
file by the operator so that it can be accesed through PTDATA.
 
The switch IPLIM can now be set to -1 to plot a detailed
landscaped version of the contour.  The parameter can be input
in the SNAP or K files.
