If the above steps described in sections 2 to 4 have been carried out correctly, then it is an easy matter to run "EFUND" to compute the Green's function tables. Firstly, generate a set of "EFUND" codes, each with different grid refinements and single or double precision by entering (in directory "efit/green/u"):
make_all.com
Next compile and link each of the source codes by entering (in directory "efit/green/u"):
compile_all.com
Next change to directory "efit/green/run" and edit the script file "run_all.com" so that the lines containing the EFUND programme control variables (described in section 3.1.4) will not be included in the "dprobe.dat" data file. This operation is performed with the tedi command "dl". Finally, we execute the codes, this time from directory "efit/green/run" by entering
run_all.com
The Greens functions tables and the "dprobe.dat" files will be stored in directory "efit/p"
