Description: C Coil Compensation                                     

An algorithm to compensate the magnetic probe signals due to the
presence of the C coils similar to that used for the n1 coil has
been implemented in the latest version of the EFIT code.  The
control switch is NCCOIL and is defaulted to be on
 
         NCCOIL = 1 compensation on  (defaulted)
                  0 compensation off
 
This switch appears in the SNAP files in the usual namelist.  However,
in the K files NCCOIL (and the C coil currents CURRC79 and CURRC139)
are in the namelist INWANT.
