Location of largest energy gridpoint, $\epsilon_{\rm max}\,\!$ .

Exact Gauss-Legendre weights are used for integration over the interval $0 < \varepsilon \le \varepsilon_{\rm max}$ , where $\varepsilon_{\rm max} =$ ENERGY_MAX.
Beyond $\varepsilon_{\rm max}\,\!$ , the distribution is assumed to be constant (since GYRO solves for the deviation from a Maxwellian, the full perturbed distribution is therefore assumed to be Maxwellian beyond $\varepsilon_{\rm max}\,\!$ ).
Very accurate results are obtained with ENERGY_GRID=8 and ENERGY_MAX=5.0.
