Differential triangularity, $\delta_1\,\!$ , at the radial box center. This is defined as

$\delta_1 = \frac{\delta_+ - \delta_-}{2}$ .

where $\delta_+\,\!$ is the upper triangularity and $\delta_-\,\!$ is the lower triangularity.

This is only active with RADIAL_PROFILE_METHOD=5 (the Miller equilibrium model).
When experimental profiles are used, the triangularity as a function of radius is read from INPUT_profiles.
