Abstracts must be submitted by 15 April 2003.

If you plan to make a presentation at the meeting you need to provide a 200- to 400-word abstract of your presentation. The abstract should contain the author's name, institution, email address, and whether you prefer your presentation to be an oral presentation or poster presentation. Abstracts are due 15 April 2003. Please submit them as follows:

1. A copy of the abstract must accompany the Participation Form submitted to your appropriate authority, via email or fax.
2. A copy of the abstract must accompany the Participation Form sent directly to the IAEA Scientific Secretary, via email or fax.
3. A copy of the abstract must be submitted directly to the meeting. Please use the Upload a File button below; detailed instructions are given there. If necessary, you may also submit the abstract via email iaea-tm-computing@fusion.gat.com or fax (858.455.3569).

Uploading Your Abstract

The process of abstract submission is straightforward and quick. The preferred file format is PDF, but Microsoft Word, HTML, or plain text are also accepted. In any case, the file containing your abstract should be on the computer on which you run your Web browser, and that file should be named lastname-firstname.filetype. (See below for examples.)

Then, click the Upload a File button to submit your abstract.

Also as mentioned above, please ensure that your abstract is in one of these file formats:

• PDF (filetype ".pdf") - preferred
• Microsoft Word (filetype ".doc")
• HTML (filetype ".html")
• plain text (filetype ".txt")

and has a filename of this format:

lastname-firstname.filetype

• jones-susan.pdf (a PDF [Adobe Acrobat] file)
• smith-robert-4.doc (a Microsoft Word file)
• brown-john.html (an HTML [Web page] file)
• miller-kathy.txt (a plain text file)
