This form must be received by the IAEA by 15 April 2003.

To participate in the meeting, please submit a completed Participation Form to your appropriate authority (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Atomic Energy Authority, etc.) along with your 200- to 400-word abstract, if any (see Submission of Abstracts), for subsequent transmission to the IAEA. A participant will be accepted only if the Participation Form is transmitted through the appropriate authority. The Participation Form must be received by the IAEA by 15 April 2003. Participants whose nominations have been received by the IAEA will be notified 30 May 2003. Please also send a copy of the Participation Form and abstract, if any (either by email or fax), directly to the IAEA Scientific Secretary (address on the Participation Form).
