The deadline for hotel reservations is 20 June 2003. A block of rooms has been reserved at two hotels at a rate of $99.00 per night. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Additional Information for Visitors to San DiegoTimeCalifornia is in the Pacific Time Zone of the U.S. The state will be on Daylight Savings Time in July.SmokingSmoking is prohibited on all public transportation and in all public buildings.
