Posters. The GA Cafeteria will be cleared in the late afternoon of the first day for a poster session; refreshments will be available at the poster session. Poster boards will either be (a) 3 feet tall by 6 feet wide tri-fold "fabric-stands" that are sitting on tables around the edges of the cafeteria dining room, OR (b) 3 feet tall by 5 feet wide foam boards sitting on easels in the central part of the room. Email Beulah Koz if you need one type or the other type (e.g., for an electrical outlet or table space....). Materials to attach your poster to the fabric or foam board will be supplied.

Dinner.  A buffet dinner overlooking the Pacific Ocean and La Jolla will be available for all attendees and traveling companions at no cost. During registration, we need you to indicate whether you will be attending the dinner or not, and whether you will be bringing a traveling companion with you (giving us a head-count). The dinner will be held at the Scripps Birch Aquarium on the evening of August 8th (courtesy of UCSD and General Atomics).  A map with the location of the aquarium can be found at http://aquarium.ucsd.edu/visitor/hours.cfm#map  Your GA-access badge will be necessary for free admission to the aquarium and for the dinner.
